Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Please be aware that customs fees and additional charges may apply for international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact our customer service team.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in any way possible to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
